In order to be able to adapt to the new technological needs, VITIB SA envisages to create a modern technological village, which would be a perfect ecosystem destined to have a nucleating effect for the development of knowledge economy in Sub Saharan Africa.
The development of the park would be based on the following three criteria:
- Quality of life and safety of humans and goods in the park premises
- Efficiency of operations
- Maintaining the technical standards and business culture of the park
The park site would have state of the art telecom facilities with fiber connectivity to each facility. Apart from the business operations, sufficient space would be earmarked for warehouses, workshops which is a crucial requirement of units, specifically production units.
Reception centre and other support infrastructures: The Reception Center would be the first contact point for the park. It would provide information and support to new and prospective entrants and users of the park. It would provide easy orientation to the various zones, facilities and services of the park.
The other support infrastructure and common facilities include:
- Conference rooms
- Exposition Center of around 10,000 sq.mts
- Banking Facilities and Trade Promotion Boards
- Library, restaurants, business support centers, storage facilities, locker facilities
- Hotels and Service Apartments
- Sports Complex
- Golf Course

Maintenance:VITIB SA lays a particular stress on the maintenance of the park and the preventive maintenance of the infrastructures of the site.
